Breaking big tasks into micro-steps really is the only way I manage to overcome that initial overwhelm. I’ve also started scheduling my actual breaks directly into my calendar instead of just focus blocks, which keeps me from accidentally losing an hour to doomscrolling. Great reminder that consistency beats intensity every single time!
